Jaguar Land Rover Automotive plc, the parent company of the Jaguar Land Rover group of companies and a subsidiary of Tata Motors Limited, is pleased to announce the pricing of $500 million Senior Notes due 2020 at a coupon of 3.500% per annum (the “Notes”), which will be guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by Jaguar Land Rover Limited and Jaguar Land Rover Holdings Limited.

“We are pleased to have completed this transaction successfully which we believe demonstrates the continuing confidence of the market in our company and plans,” said Kenneth Gregor, Chief Financial Officer of Jaguar Land Rover.

C. Ramakrishnan, Chief Financial Officer of Tata Motors, added, “This transaction further strengthens the Group’s funding position and we thank the investors for their support.”

Jaguar Land Rover Automotive plc intends to use the net proceeds from the issue and sale of the Notes, together with cash on hand, to repurchase any and all of its outstanding $410,000,000 8.125% Senior Notes due 2021 issued 19 May 2011 tendered in a tender offer, which is subject to the satisfaction or waiver of certain conditions precedent and may be extended, amended or terminated by Jaguar Land Rover Automotive plc at any time in accordance with its terms. Jaguar Land Rover Automotive plc intends to use any remaining proceeds for general corporate purposes.
